Air conditioning system

Power system

● Two-line-and-one-spare KV power supply, 104 VA/ cubic meter. It can resume electricity 5 minutes after power break so as to make certain of normal operation of all public facilities (elevators, fire-fighting facilities and public lighting facilities). It can continuously provide electricity within 8 hours after one break.

● Voltage 380V with 50 HZ and 220V with 50 HZ.

PDS(Premises Distribution System)

● Total 9593 information points (237 fiber points, 4,738 data points and 4,618 sound points)

Security system

● Can monitor 2,125 spots with BAS automatic monitoring system and access system;

● All security staffs are veterans who have received professional trainings.

Water supply system

● There are two living reservoirs of 200 cubic meters, which separately locates in the second underground floor at south & north tower buildings. They can continuously provide water for 6 hours if there is a break for public water.

● 250 kgs per square meter

Anti-wind ability

● Wind load of 500 kgs per square meter
