At present, it has become top business office building in Guangzhou, integrated with such technology as under-floor air distributing system, raised removable floors and the general connect-up system (GCS).

Adopting steel-structure sheets, its width-height ratio is 1:8. It is 13.5 meters high at the entrance of the first floor and 13 meters high in office area with large span maximized spaces. The standard floor area is about 1,800 square meters with efficiency rate 66.4%, floor-to-floor height 4.1 meters, floor-to-ceiling height 3.0 meters. And the floor-to-ceiling height is above the standard requirement (2.6 meters) of first-class business offices.
